Day 1: HCM City – Arrival (-/-/-)

Arrive in Saigon, pick up and transfer to your hotel in center for check in and stay on your leisure. O/N Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City Tours (B/L/-)

At 8.00 am: Our Guide and car will meet you at your hotel and start the tour to explore HCM city. The first place to visit in the tour will be the Reunification Palace, which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of the war in April 1975 . After Reunification Palace, you can walk to see some French colonial structures including Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Central Post Office, War Remnants Museum.

Have Lunch at a local restaurant

Afternoon, We visit  Chinatown, Thien Hau pagodas, which is dedicated to the Goddess of the Sea. Explore the highlights of this fascinating area, beginning with intricate friezes, carved tableau and impressive incense coils make for some great photos. Then observe street life through the narrow streets to Binh Tay market that sells everything from clothes to dried squid.

Then continue to visit  where there is a vast display of the both the Indochina wars. In courtyard massive military vehicles are for exhibition as well as tiger cages for the visitor to get a feel on how it was to be a prisoner during wartime. In the museum building itself, each floor will represent a separate theme from the war and the war crimes committed towards the Vietnamese people. Visit Muslim Temple of Jamia Al-Musulman. We end the city tour with Ben Thanh market where anything and everything is for sale. O/N Saigon. Dinner is on your own account.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Cat Tien National Park (B/L/D)

08.00 AM: Pick up and drive about 3.5 or 4 hours with short break on the way to Cat Tien National Park.
11.30 AM on arrival, you will check in Hotel. Have Lunch.
In the afternoon, enjoy an exciting walking with the tour guide into the tropical jungle to know more about the variety of plants and animals life. The trekking into the rain-forest in which you will gaze into Giant Tung Tree and put yourself in harmony with wildlife. It’s up to you, the trekking route can be further to more sites of Lagerstroemia Ovalfolia (BangLang), Tetrameles nudiflora (Tung), Cycas rumphii (Thien Tue).

After that, you can explore freely: biking on small trails through the jungle or simply relaxing into the glorious view, maybe a quite snooker game.
19:00 have dinner at the center of the National Park, then you will have unforgettable experience on the night jeep ride for an hour animal watching with a chance to see Loris, fishing cats, pangolins, civets, etc. Overnight in Cat Tien National Park

Day 4: Cat Tien National Park – Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/-)

Early wake up and have breakfast in the lively forest sounds of bird singing and gibbon calls.
7.30am, the jeep takes you to the Crocodile Swap – it is the home of not only Siamese crocodiles but also a lot of rare birds which have already been in the Red Book Animals Protection of Vietnam and the world. It takes about 20 minutes (for 10km from your lodge) then you will have 5km trekking to the ferry terminal. If you are lucky, maybe you can easily admire the charming peacock courtship dances, melodious sound from colorful birds on the hundreds year trees or the sight of innocent deer seeking food.

Immerse yourself in the majestic scenery of the Crocodile Swap when paddle around on the ferry for an hour. It’s a chance for you to learn more about the freshwater Siamese crocodile and hear some myths about this wetland with fully wild lotus around.
After that, get back to your hotel for lunch and check out. 14.00 transfer back to Saigon. O/N Saigon. Dinner is on your own account.

Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City – Departure (B/-/-)

At your leisure until your car will transfer you to the airport for your onward flight. End of services.

4. How is the climate in Vietnam?

Vietnam climate is particularly complicated like some different countries in the world. Weather patterns have been changing over recent years. The climate of Vietnam is described in details as below:

Northern Vietnam climate:

– The Winter (December to March) can be surprisingly bitter for cold air sweeps from the south of China, persistent mist and temperatures as low as 7°C. Things start warming up again in April, which ushers in a good period, spring weather before summer heat begins in earnest in May, closely followed by the rainy season in June, July and August. This combination makes for hot, sticky weather which makes many people surprised. The temperatures can occasionally reach 42°C, average 30°C, while humidity hovers about 75-80%. Central coast Vietnam climate:

– The coastal region from Thanh Hoa province to Hue lies in the typhoon belt. Around Hue, typhoons are the most prevalent from April to June, while further north, the season generally lasts from July to November. However, typhoons are quite difficult to predict and it really is a matter of bad luck or luck, if you are caught.
